Why Lawyers Hate Me

My Mom said that I would be a great Lawyer. I have gone to 2 Depositions for a head on collision that someone did to me in my car.

Both times, my Lawyer was yelling at me that I lost them both. The first was against the man that hit me. The 2nd was against my own Insurance for him not having enough money, only $35,000 and my policy would cover a maximum of $25,000.

I am not going to go into why this particular Lawyer was angry as he said to me that I : Blew it completely by telling them that my Chiropractor had taken care of my back for many years and he was my “Ace in the hole.” To the shit licking Lawyer, that meant that the Chiropractor was lying for me. Do I need to say that Dr. Sandoz is a true Born Again Chirstian and would not lie for anyone.

Why they are angry is because I am better than they are at speaking. As time goes by with the help of the 6 years of the Vapers Forum writing 3,000 posts on my Vistor Page that limited me to only 1,000 charactors. Most times I had to cut and paste backwards to get my whole thoughts out.

I am like Mr. Spock or Dr. Spock, depending on which is needed. The truth be told, Law, like anything else is: are you to be believed? In my case, the answer is always yes as I don’t lie. So, when I got the $35,000 from the other guy and then only $20,000 from my Insurance Company and I wanted the extra $5,000. The Lawyer said: you are taking the $20,000 and hung up the phone on me.

He could not take that he did not say anything in 2 Depositions and I won both. He treated me like I was a Hot Potatoe *in memory of VP what’s his name that puts an “E” on the end of that word.

Even though I understand not only him, but many other Lawyers in the past, my Dad was one and for sure, it does not take much for me to speak the way I am writing and that to an insecure person of any work persuasion is a threat.

In the end, my 2nd Ex wife got 90% of it all anyway. I just wanted to say that Lawyers are no different than any other person. This is why they charge for phone calls. Anytime you can avoid them… do.

The term “Shy-Ster” spelled as you say it means someone who will take you for all you are worth and leave you on the curb somewhere. I think that says it all. If you can at all deal on your own, it not only will cost you less, but you limit your damage. For those that are shy, I guess that they love you as they get to lead, even if they are leading you to hell.

Sometimes you do need one, but there are times that are not certain. Those are the times that they will take you for all they can. Just 1 man’s opinion.
